Round Table 1 2023

The AIPIO Round Table Series is a key component of AIPIO's Thought Leader Program. These events feature prominent industry leaders from government, academia, the private sector and other sectors to come together to discuss a pressing issue facing the intelligence workforce today.

This Round Table event is intended to generate discussion within and external to the profession about what the future of intelligence looks like and how we can best equip ourselves for the future.

The discussion for this event will focus on education and training to meet the demands of emerging issues and domains and the essential question to address is “what do we, the Institute, practice domains, governments and professionals, need to do to meet those intelligence challenges into the future”?

Panellists include:

- Tarquin Folliss OBE, Vice Chairman, Security Awareness Special Interest Group

- Nick O'Brien Associate Professor Charles Sturt University Head of School, Australian Graduate School of Policing & Security / Centre for Law & Justice

- Peter Ford, Visiting Fellow, National Security College

- Kirsten Williams, Executive Advisor, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Victoria Police
